Each product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction. Orders typically ship within 48-72 hours not including weekend days. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.

We offer free shipping on domestic orders within the USA over $100 and international orders over $150.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. In the event that you need to make changes to your address, please contact us at Please note that once an item has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. We will not be held liable for any packages lost due to address errors.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns of customer damaged items will not be accepted or refunded. All refunds are awarded MINUS the cost of the return postage.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. We offer the first exchange free of charge to ensure your satisfaction. However, please keep in mind the following guidelines:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The item being exchanged must be in its original condition, without any damage or signs of wear.
  • It's essential to avoid applying body scent or perfume to the exchanged item, as this will affect its eligibility for exchange.
  • If the exchanged item is received in a damaged or scented condition, the exchange request will be canceled.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges after the first one.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

International return postage must be paid for by the customer. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items), sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
